Private Limited Company in Estonia

Estonia is one of the 10 new Member states in the European Union. In response to increased inquiries for more information on company formation in Estonia, International Business Company Formation, Inc. has added the “Private Limited Company” in Estonia to our growing list of available jurisdictions.

The private limited company in Estonia has many unique features that make it worthy of consideration in the Treasury function: companies are not taxed until a distribution is made. Furthermore, there is no withholding tax on interest, royalties or dividends paid to a nonresident.

Companies registered in Estonia are considered tax-resident and have access to the Tax Treaty network including treaties with many of the former Soviet-bloc countries.
